Whether it goes smoothly or the road is full of pot holes settling an estate is a very stressful undertaking. I was dreading the sale of my parents home because I know from experience it can be a very tedious process. I didn't know Carolyn from Adam, or Eve, she came in with tremendous positive energy. She knew I was going through a very stressful time and made every thing as easy as possible for me. I hadn't sold a home in 30 years and a lot of things had changed. Carolyn explained every step of the sale in language that was easy to understand. She came up with a marketing plan to sell the home that everyone agreed on, responded promptly to texts and phone calls and was in front of the whole transaction. The house went on the market and we had an accepted offer within 4 days. All of the follow up including the closing had to be done via the computer and phone because I live out of state. Not being very tech savvy I was a little nervous but she calmly, patiently walked me through the entire process. I know nothing is perfect but as far as I'm concerned it was seamless and an honor to work with her.
